This work is a response to moments of self-reflection, when form feels uncertain and constantly shifting. I used acrylic and ink, letting colour lead before line, building the face slowly through instinct rather than plan. It was painted in my London studio during a period of change in my life. For me, this piece holds the tension between being seen and still becoming.
